Returns, Exchanges & Recycling

I want you to love your Bishy & Squit pieces as much as I loved designing them. Every item is printed to order, helping us avoid unnecessary stock and waste. Before purchasing, I encourage you to check our Sizing Guide to help find the right fit first time.

However, I understand that sometimes things don't go quite as planned!

1. Returns — The "It's Not Quite Right" Return

If you change your mind or the fit isn't right, please get in touch and I'll help you understand your options.

Under UK online shopping rules, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell me you'd like to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return your item.

• Condition: Please return items unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with original tags attached where applicable. You can try clothing on as you would in a shop.
• Cost: For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility.
• Refunds: Once your return has arrived, I'll process your refund within the applicable legal time limits. Your original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by law.

Please contact me before sending anything back so I can provide the correct return instructions.

2. Exchanges — The "A Different Size, Please!" Option

Little rascals grow quickly, and sometimes the fit isn't quite right!

If you'd prefer a different size, please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. I'll explain the available options and help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

For change-of-size exchanges, you may need to cover return postage and any applicable replacement delivery costs. I'll confirm any costs with you before proceeding.

This additional exchange offer doesn't affect your statutory cancellation or consumer rights.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, I'm sorry! Please contact me with your order number, a description of the problem and a quick photo where possible.

I'll investigate the issue with my production partner, Teemill, and work with you to put things right.

Depending on the circumstances, this may mean a replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy under consumer law. Where I'm legally responsible for return costs, you won't be asked to pay return postage.

Please contact me before returning anything so I can provide the correct instructions.

4. The Circular Return — The "It's Worn Out" Return

If your Bishy & Squit piece is years old, covered in Suffolk mud and finally worn out, please don't throw it away!

Our circular approach gives old textiles the chance of a new life. It's one small way we can help keep textiles in circulation and reduce waste.

For any return, exchange or faulty-item query, please email bishyandsquit@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of what you need.

Please wait for my reply before posting anything back, as returns must follow the correct process.
